Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from us:

You have 7calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please make sure the product is new and in the original packaging.
Please ensure that the product you're returning is repackaged with all the original packaging, warranty card and documentation that were included when you received it.
The cost of return shipments via insured ground service (DHL or UPS) with tracking number should be covered by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if:

The product is with any signs of being used.

Some items are missing from the original packaging.
