Payment
DE accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

DE will only accept credit or debit cards issued in the United States. Upon online approval of your credit card, your order will be processed and your credit card will be charged. All taxes, if any, due on your online transaction will be charged as required by applicable laws. All taxes are calculated and included in the final price on the Billing Page.
Pre Orders & Back Orders
At DE, you can reserve a watch from an upcoming launch before they sell out. Each pre-order has an expected ship date assigned.
You can simply add a pre-order item to your cart, just like any other item, and proceed to checkout. You are required to provide a payment method to place a pre-order. When using a credit card or debit card as your payment method, a pre-authorization hold will be processed. This transaction will typically “fall off” and be released back to your card in approx. 4-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Once the order is ready to ship, your order will be processed for the full amount. Please make sure your card does not expire between the time you place your order and the time your item is expected to ship. This will cause processing delays). After the order has completed its processing time, you will receive a shipping email notification once tracking information has been generated.
Tracking
As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, if there is a discrepancy in your order, or if you encounter any problems with your watch, please retain all packaging and documentation and contact us immediately.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.
